SOMETHING AWFUL: July 8 and September 9, 2006

30 minute film by Clifton Childree with music by Dan Hosker

Something Awful takes place at a turn of the century harbor and has the look and feel of a lost vintage slapstick film dug up from within a haunted vault. It is the story of an old salt who discovers, after having an oyster drink for constipation, that he has caught a Victorian woman’s ass in his crab trap. The pudding has collapsed, the old antique cloud is coming, and something strange is going to happen!

'Something Awful' was co-commissioned by the Miami Light Project in collaboration with the Miami Performing Arts Center.
